Justin’s Place
An intensive residential program helping men who struggle with drug and alcohol addiction find freedom in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Justin's Place is a small recovery facility located in Westminster, Maryland.
It is staffed and operated by Crossroads Recovery Inc., a partner nonprofit under the umbrella of Crossroads Community Church.
People struggling with addiction need to know that freedom is only found in an intimate and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
The mission of this facility is to help young men overcome addictive struggles, create life changing foundational habits, and eventually connect with the church and the community; prepared to tell their stories and use their experiences to help others facing similar struggles.

There is a two-phase process for recovery and healing
-
Phase 1
This 6–8-month entry program provides men with committed staff who walk them through a loving, highly-structured process to begin their new Christ-centered, sober life. This comprehensive approach includes biblical training, community building, spiritual encouragement, relational restoration, goal-setting, and vocational planning and support.
-
Phase 2
Graduates of Phase 1, and other Christ-centered recovery programs, can move into apartments on the same campus and be fully supported in their 12-month transition process. Under the loving encouragement of a team of mentors they will receive assistance in re-establishing healthy relationships with loved ones, gaining employment or vocational training, building healthy personal habits and life skills, and growing in their love for God, self and others.
The PFW Foundation has served as a conduit, allowing the purchase of their facilities at 35 N. Main Street— a beautiful home in the center of Westminster. We still have additional unachieved goals to accomplish. We hope to continue contributing to this work until the entire mortgage on this property is paid off.
In addition, we'd like to underwrite the renovation of the property's Carriage House— to allow a better segregation of Phase 1 from Phase 2.
